Hello,
I did some checking on the Web to see if I could find the State
valuations for all of the communities involved in the Stormwater programs.
Although I prefer utilizing the population as a method of apportionment,
others may support another method. I have added to John Murphy's
spreadsheet with the ratios applied to a $90,000 expense both for the
population and using the State Valuation.
I would appreciate comments posted either for or against either or both
proposals. Neither of these possibilities has addressed a means of
appying an equitable share to University properties.
David Ladd is planning to attend the November meeting on November 25th.
