Manager Reed stated that the Halbers are trying to sell their home and have requested a municipal release of the triangular section of the parcel.
The concerns of various departments were discussed. Manager Reed stated that staff’s recommendation would be to trade the section for an area which would be large enough to build a cul-de-sac or turn around in the future at the end of Brookside Terrace.
The consensus of the Council was to have the Town’s Engineer survey the parcel in question and present a recommendation on a turn around.
