ATV (All Terrain Vehicle)
- All ATV registrations expire June 30th
- Proof of payment of sales tax is required on first time registrations
- A bill of sale is required on first time registrations for ATVs purchased through a private sale
- Registration fee: $33.00 plus a $1 agent fee
Snowmobiles
- All snowmobile registrations expire June 30th
- Proof of payment of sales tax is required on first time registrations
- A bill of sale is required on first time registrations for snowmobiles purchased through a private sale
- Registration fee: $33.00 plus a $1 agent fee
Watercrafts
- All watercraft registrations expire December 31st
- Boat excise tax must be paid by a resident in the Town in which they reside
- Proof of payment of sales tax is required for new registrations
- A bill of sale is required on first time registrations for watercrafts purchased through a private sale
- Lake & River Protection Sticker - required for all boats with motors and/or personal watercrafts operated in fresh water streams, ponds,lakes and rivers; this includes from the Veazie-Dam north on the Penobscot River *Fee: $10.00
Fees:
Ten Horsepower or less $10.00
Greater than 10, but less than 50 horsepower $15.00
Greater than 50, but less than 115 horsepower $21.00
Greater than 115 horsepower $29.00
Personal Watercraft $29.00
Duplicate Certificate or Sticker Set $3.00
Transfer Registration $5.00
